Job Description

As a BI Developer at Adobe, you will be part of a dedicated software design team, reporting directly to the Technical Manager. Your role will involve contributing to all aspects of software coding and design, collaborating closely with Business Analysts to understand design specifications and convert requirements into applications, dashboards, or reporting solutions. Your work will have a global impact as you develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop & Power Service, create writeback tools using Power App and Automate, connect to data sources, import and transform data for Business Intelligence, and develop tabular and multidimensional models adhering to warehouse standards. Additionally, you will integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics and implement row-level security on data. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields, along with 5+ years of work experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Automate. You should also have 5+ years of experience in scripting languages like DAX and Python, a strong understanding of TSQL, stored procedures, and database performance tuning. Experience in Databricks, Big Data, and Gen AI technologies is a plus. Your ability to design excellent UIs, develop entities in PowerApps, and showcase expertise in data modeling, prototyping, performance tuning, and data analysis techniques will be crucial. Moreover, your willingness to learn new software and technologies quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment is essential for success in this role.
