Job Description
As an Analyst or Senior Analyst at HCL Technologies Ltd., you will be responsible for handling bereavement-related tasks. You should possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and hold a graduate degree in any stream. The role may require you to work in UK or rotational shifts, therefore flexibility with shift timings is a must. Your primary responsibilities will include dealing with bereavement cases, making decisions based on validated death certificates, understanding next of kin activities and limits, preparing TAPS sheets, and having a thorough knowledge of certificate of balance, Executor limits, and Grand of probate document validation. In addition, you should have excellent communication skills to liaise with solicitors and Branch managers via email and letters. Previous experience in Europe-based banking would be advantageous for this role.
