We're Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing)

Location: Onsite in Hyderabad, TN

Work Hours: Night Shift (US Timings)

Experience: 1-3 year

About the Role:

Join our dynamic recruitment team as an Entry-Level Bench Sales Recruiter! In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates (US work-authorized consultants) to prime vendors and clients. Were looking for someone enthusiastic, persuasive, and ready to learn the fast-paced world of US IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and submit suitable candidates for IT positions through job boards, vendors, and networking platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants on bench.
• Market consultants who are on H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, USC for full time positions.
• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful placements.
• Handle documentation, rate negotiations, and follow-up with vendors and consultants.
• Track marketing efforts and provide regular updates on consultant activity.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work US hours (Night Shift EST/PST).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in any field (preferred).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the US staffing industry.

Preferred Skills :

• Knowledge of US work visas (H-1B, GC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, etc.).
• Familiarity with job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
