Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing IT consultants with H1B, OPT, CPT, and other work authorizations to clients and vendors. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the US job market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Market bench consultants by identifying and contacting potential employers. - Build and maintain a network of vendor contacts for effective job placements. - Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to maximize profits. - Maintain and update the consultant database. - Ensure consultants are prepared for interviews with client feedback. - Keep track of current openings in the US market and match consultants accordingly. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in Bench Sales. - Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple consultants. - Familiarity with various US work authorizations.
