Specializing in Digital, Enterprise, and IT staffing, we are currently seeking a Benchsales Recruiter with an aggressive approach towards work. We are looking for a passionate, goal-oriented recruiter with strong work ethics and high commitment levels. Essential for this role are strong verbal and written communication skills. Title: Benchsales Recruiter Education: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Graduate Experience: 3+ years Working Hours: 9:30 AM EST to 6:30 PM EST Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai/Ahmedabad Joining: Immediate Please refrain from applying if you are a fresher or lack experience in bench sales. Key Responsibilities: - Thorough understanding of US staffing business, bench sales, and recruitment process - Self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision - Solely responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC) - Proficiency in United States Tax-terms (e.g., W2, 1099, and corp2corp) - Database maintenance for future requirements, daily report generation, and updates - Candidate evaluation based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualifications - Understanding client requirements, articulating resumes clearly, and formatting as needed - Monthly communication with consultants to provide submission and interview updates This role requires an individual who is proactive, organized, and efficient in handling all aspects of bench sales recruitment.,
