Job Summary: TruHap Positive Psychology and Child Development Center seek a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Modification Therapist to work with children and adults who require behavioural interventions. The ideal candidate will implement behaviour modification techniques to help clients develop adaptive skills, manage challenging behaviours, and improve their quality of life. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to create and execute individualized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Conduct behavioural assessments to identify clients needs and behavioural challenges. Develop and implement individualized behaviour modification programs tailored to clients" unique goals. Use evidence-based practices to teach adaptive skills and reduce problematic behaviours. Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide education, training, and support in behaviour management techniques. Monitor and track client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other therapists (speech, occupational, physical) to integrate therapy goals. Prepare and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and assessments. Provide regular feedback and guidance to parents/guardians regarding their childs development and therapy progress. Attend team meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated on new behavioural therapy techniques. Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment for clients and their families. Qualifications and Requirements: Masters Degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field. At least 5-10 years of experience working in behavioural modification therapy, preferably with children or in a clinical setting. Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, including neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Learning Disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet client needs. Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed client records. Empathetic and patient approach, with a genuine passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing and delivering parent or caregiver training sessions. Knowledge of local languages (Telugu/Hindi) is an added advantage.
