About the Role:

We are hiring passionate and customer-focused Retail Beauty Advisors to represent a leading international skincare brand in our boutique or counter locations. As the face of the brand, you will offer personalized skincare consultations, drive sales through exceptional service, and build lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing tailored skincare advice and product recommendations

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and communicate brand values with confidence

• Perform product applications and mini-facials (where applicable) to enhance customer experience

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling

• Maintain merchandising standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the counter/store

• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty

• Participate in brand trainings, events, and promotional activities

• Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and company policies

Key Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in beauty retail, skincare, or cosmetics (luxury segment preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness

• Customer-first mindset with a focus on creating exceptional experiences

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Knowledge of skincare routines and skin types is an advantage

• Professional grooming and presentation
