Job Title: Business Development Manager Cisco Product Sales Location: [Hyderabad / Kerala] Experience Required: 3 6 Years Industry: IT Infrastructure / Networking Salary: 5 To 13 LPA About the Role! We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and grow our Cisco sales practice. You will be responsible for managing key enterprise accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the sales of Cisco products and solutions such as networking, security, collaboration, and data centre technologies. This is a target-driven, client-facing role for someone who understands IT infrastructure and can confidently engage with senior decision-makers. What Youll Do! Manage and grow key accounts by promoting Cisco solutions across networking, security, collaboration, and cloud. Identify and develop new enterprise and commercial clients. Work closely with the Cisco Presales Team to build the right solution for each customer. Understand client business needs and position Cisco solutions that solve real problems. Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Meet revenue and profitability targets (both topline and bottomline). Build and maintain strong relationships with Cisco teams, distributors, and ecosystem partners. Provide regular updates, forecasts, and sales reports to management. Who You Should Be! A confident IT sales professional with 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in Cisco or other networking/IT infrastructure products. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT needs, including networking, security, and collaboration tools. Excellent in account management and building trusted relationships. Strong communication and presentation skills able to influence decision-makers. A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.,
