Role Description Were hiring Business Development Managers (BDMs)! At 1Click Tech, we seek talented individuals to help us grow our SaaS products HRMS and LMS. This opportunity is open to full-time, part-time, and freelance professionals, with the flexibility to work remotely (WFH) or from our Gurugram office, based on your preference. Compensation is commission-based, offering high earning potential depending on your performance. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our HRMS and LMS product lines. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in sales, communication, negotiation, and market research. Experience in SaaS, IT services, or automation-based solutions is highly preferred. This role offers complete flexibility in work mode and is perfect for motivated self-starters who thrive in independent or hybrid work environments.
