The role of Quality Incharge (Garment) based in Noida requires a minimum of 3 months experience in sales and an immediate joiner with excellent communication skills. As a Quality Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process in garment production to ensure products meet established standards. Your daily tasks will include inspecting raw materials and finished garments, conducting quality checks at various production stages, and collaborating with the production team to address and resolve quality issues. In addition, you will be tasked with maintaining documentation of quality procedures and implementing corrective measures to enhance product quality. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in quality control and garment inspection, a strong understanding of quality standards and garment manufacturing techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities are essential, along with proficiency in using quality control tools and software. The ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess relevant certification or training in quality management will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in textile engineering, fashion technology, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
