Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and contribute to the business growth of the company. This involves reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as calls, social media, and direct meetings. The candidate will be required to provide online software demonstrations, assist with installation, and offer self-support to clients. Additionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing follow-up and after-sales support for the new clients for a period of 3 months is essential. The role also includes being open to client meetings on-site. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of good marketing skills and technical knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing abilities, are necessary. A pleasant personality along with basic computer knowledge is also required.
