The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and fitness. Key Responsibilities: Drive gym membership sales by engaging potential clients through calls, walk-ins, and digital leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct consultations and provide detailed information about gym services, facilities, and membership plans. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote offers and events. Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to enhance business opportunities. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred). Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer handling, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or wellness industry. Passion for fitness and a persuasive approach to sales.
