*Job Title**: BDE - Event Expo (Female) *Location**: RDC, Ghaziabad *Salary**: 15,000 - 20,000 per month *Job Description**: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our team in Ghaziabad (RDC). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to effectively engage with potential clients over the phone. The role is designed for a professional who can handle outbound and inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and promote our products/services. ### Key Responsibilities: - Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and in a timely manner. - Provide information about our products and services to potential and existing customers. - Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Achieve daily and monthly targets as set by the management. - Follow up with potential leads to ensure they are converted into successful sales or inquiries. - Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for client engagement. ### Requirements: - **Education**: Minimum Graduation (Any discipline). - **Experience**: Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling or customer service will be a plus. - **Gender**: Female candidates only. - Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English. - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems will be advantageous. ### What We Offer: - Competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 per month based on experience and performance. - Professional and supportive work environment. - Opportunities for growth and development within the company.
