Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BD Sales / Technical Service Head with a strong background in PVC, adhesives, and plasticizers. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of PVC compounding and proven experience in technical service and business development. Key Responsibilities: Lead business development initiatives focused on PVC, adhesives, and plasticizers. Provide technical support and solutions to clients, with a strong emphasis on PVC compounding. Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive strategic sales initiatives and client engagement. Optimize sales operations to enhance performance and revenue growth. Prepare and present quarterly sales reports and analytics. Collaborate with internal teams for product development and customer support. Conduct technical presentations, training sessions, and customer visits as needed. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service, preferably within the chemical industry. Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of PVC compounding (mandatory). Background in chemistry or chemical engineering preferred, but not mandatory. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to travel for client visits and product demos when necessary.
