Job Description

Provides a wide range of administrative and office support functions for other departments, co-employees, guests, suppliers and contractors under the supervision of a BA and/or Admin and Facilities Lead to ensure a smooth and efficient day to day operations.  Duties and responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests and internal teams when taking food and beverage orders (Ex. Provide options when taking and serving food and beverage orders)
  • Attend to walk-in visitors, clients, contractors and suppliers and direct them to appropriate parties (Ex. Receiving of deliveries and distributing it to appropriate parties) in a very professional manner 
  • Provide first-level of support to routine requests from employees, guests and contractors in a timely manner (Ex. releasing of office supplies to requesting employees, printing requests)
  • Ensure that office facilities including reception are clean and presentable, and office equipment is in good working condition at all times. (Ex. Report a defective printer) 
  • Conduct regular inventory of assets and supplies under the supervision of a BA Specialist or higher (Ex. Update our inventory systems and raise purchase requests for office supplies) 
  • Maintain records and files regularly. (Ex. Asking guests to fill out our guestbook) 
  • Coordinate with Admin team and suppliers/contractors on repair schedules and appointments
  • Assist the Admin team  on any other activities that may be assigned to him/her (Ex. do urgent messengerial runs)
  • Qualifications
  • College level, Culinary school, or relevant specialized training
  • At least 1 year experience as a barista; 
  • Experience as a frontdesk admin, administrative assistant, or customer service a plus
  • Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office or any other basic office applications
  • Must have demonstratable ability to creating coffee, lattes, smoothies and other drinks
  • Experience in an international setting is a plus
