Job Description
Mixing Drinks: crafting cocktails, pouring beers, and preparing other beverages according to customers" preferences and recipes. Customer Service: Interacting with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for guests. Knowledge of Beverages: Having a good understanding of different types of alcohol, mixers, and cocktail recipes. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and wiping down surfaces,. Inventory Management: Monitoring and restocking supplies, such as alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and utensils. Safety and Compliance: Adhering to legal regulations regarding alcohol service, such as checking IDs and refusing service to intoxicated patrons. Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere: Contributing to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the bar, often by engaging with customers and providing excellent service.
