Drink Preparation: Craft visually stunning and flavorful beverages that captivate guests. Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and provide an immersive bar experience. Flaming Techniques: Demonstrate expertise in flaming techniques to create signature drinks. Bar Operations: Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock management to ensure smooth bar functioning. Team Leadership: Train and mentor bar staff to maintain high service standards. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations. Event Collaboration: Work with the restaurant team to organize bar-related events and promotions. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Mixologist in a high-end restaurant or bar. Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and innovative drink preparation. Excellent guest engagement and communication skills. Expertise in flaming techniques and creative drink presentation. Ability to manage bar operations efficiently.
