Job Description

The Banquet Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the sales and execution of banquets, meetings, and special events. This role ensures seamless communication between clients, the sales team, and operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and successful events. Key Responsibilities: Assist in responding to banquet and event inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences. Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and event orders. Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client communication. Liaise with internal departments (kitchen, operations, A/V, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution. Conduct venue tours and assist with event planning meetings. Manage updates to banquet sales reports, calendars, and CRM systems. Support marketing efforts to promote banquet services, including social media and promotional materials.
