Job Description

The key responsibilities for this role include processing daily banking transactions like fund transfers, RTGS/NEFT, account reconciliations, and settlements. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate execution of operational tasks such as clearing, remittances, and account maintenance. Monitoring transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines such as KYC, AML, and RBI norms will also be part of your duties. You will need to coordinate with other departments like finance, compliance, and customer service to resolve transaction issues. Maintaining records and documentation in accordance with audit and compliance standards is crucial. Identifying and reporting discrepancies or operational risks proactively is also expected. Additionally, you will support the implementation of new systems and process improvements and generate and analyze MIS reports related to transaction volumes, errors, and service levels.
