Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Monitor and manage clearing and settlement activities. Maintain and update customer account information in core banking systems. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Support audit and internal control functions by preparing necessary reports and documentation. Collaborate with front office, IT, risk, and compliance teams to address operational issues. Identify process improvements and assist in implementing system upgrades or enhancements. Provide support for new product rollouts, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
