You will be responsible for handling all bank-related transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers. It will be your duty to monitor daily bank balances, ensuring adequate funds for operations, and reconciling bank statements with financial records to resolve any discrepancies. Building and maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions is essential for ensuring smooth operations. Your role will involve assisting in maintaining general ledger entries related to banking transactions, supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements. You will also be required to assist in cash flow forecasting and budgeting. Maintaining accurate and organized banking and financial records will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to prepare and submit the necessary financial documents to banks and auditors, ensuring compliance with tax laws, banking regulations, and company policies. Supporting internal and external audits by providing the required documentation will also fall under your purview. This position is full-time and permanent, suitable for freshers.
