The position available is ideal for candidates aspiring for a career in Consulting within the niche Banking Domain and Practice. Your role will involve supporting Territory Heads, Delivery Managers, Portfolio and Project Managers, and a team of talented business and technology consultants. By utilizing your expertise in Oracle applications, tools, and technology, you will be responsible for delivering business-focused solutions to clients. Your tasks will include value consulting, solutioning, addressing complex business requirements, and ensuring successful outcomes for customers, partners, and associates. With comprehensive training and experience from the team, you will evolve into a seasoned employee and a Subject Matter Expert in Business domain or Solution Architecture, with complete accountability for the solutions delivered. Partnering with stakeholders in Consulting Sales and Delivery, you will act as a trusted advisor to define and deliver high-quality enterprise-capable solutions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will develop practical roadmaps to guide the enterprise towards its future state vision, considering business, technical, and delivery constraints. By analyzing stakeholder requirements and the current state architecture, you will create a future state architecture vision focusing on reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, reuse, convergence, reduced risk, and improved business capabilities. Your responsibilities will also include participating in defining and operating the architecture governance process, working with Domain Architects, and communicating principles, standards, vision, and roadmaps to stakeholders. As for the requirements, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent is necessary, with a Master's degree in Business or Technology being advantageous. A formal architecture certification such as TOGAF or equivalent is required, along with at least 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Additionally, you should have at least 7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture within large, complex enterprises. Your deep experience should include delivering mission-critical, enterprise-scale IT solutions in a heterogeneous technology environment. Expertise in Application Architecture, EAI, Microservices, Cloud native technologies, Domain-driven and Event-driven architecture, and familiarity with best practice methodologies and tools are essential. Moreover, practical experience in data modeling, object modeling, design patterns, and Enterprise Architecture tools is beneficial.
