Job Title: Branch Manager - Agency Life Insurance Location: Kolkata CTC: Up to 11 LPA + Incentives Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in Agency Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, including team leadership, and will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of business targets. Drive business growth by implementing effective sales strategies, particularly in Agency Life Insurance. Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Agency Life Insurance, with a proven track record in sales and team management. Prior experience in a leadership or team-leading role is mandatory. Full-time graduate from a recognized university. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata. Compensation: CTC: Up to 11 LPA (depending on experience & interview performance) Attractive incentive structure based on performance.,
