Job Title: Bank Sales Officer Department: Sales (MSME/Agriculture Loans) Reports To: Manager Job Summary: The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales within assigned territories or accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively promoting the company's products or services. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company's products/services to effectively present them to clients. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and close sales, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets using CRM systems. Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries, manage customer feedback, and resolve issues as they arise. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to align sales efforts and improve customer experience. Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain necessary sales documentation, contracts, reports and meet disbursement targets. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Prior experience in banking product sales, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years preferred). ***Local candidates would be preferred.
