Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Domestic Calling) Working Days: 6 Days (Weekend Off in Rotation) Job Description: We seek dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic *Customer Support Representatives* to join our team! As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the customers" first point of contact and play a key role in resolving their queries and providing support. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer calls and provide solutions to their queries and concerns. - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting. - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. - Document customer interactions, ensuring accurate information is recorded in the system. - Follow company policies and procedures to resolve customer issues effectively. - Work closely with the team to meet daily targets and performance goals.
