Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Implementation Leadership : Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery, adherence to best practices, and client satisfaction. Solution Design & Architecture : Design comprehensive and scalable ServiceNow solutions that address complex business requirements, optimizing processes and enhancing user experience. Expert Guidance : Provide expert guidance and technical leadership to service management teams, fostering their growth and ensuring effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform. Business to Technical Translation : Analyze intricate business requirements and expertly translate them into actionable technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Stakeholder Management : Manage expectations and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, from clients to internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout projects. Project Management : Apply strong project management skills to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Continuous Improvement : Drive organizational excellence by promoting continuous improvement in service management processes and ServiceNow capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications ServiceNow Expertise : Deep and proven expertise with the ServiceNow platform and its various modules. Leadership & Project Management : Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading implementation projects. ITSM Implementation : Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing ITSM (IT Service Management) solutions. ITIL Knowledge : Strong understanding and ITIL certification are required. Communication & Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Analytical & Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze complex business requirements and effectively translate them into practical and robust technical solutions. Software Development & Integration : Experience in software development and integration within the ServiceNow platform.
