The Bancassurance professional will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with bank partners, promoting life insurance products to bank customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include coordinating with bank staff, conducting product training sessions, managing customer queries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Experience in sales, particularly within the insurance or banking industry Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in customer service and client management Knowledge of life insurance products and services Target-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in Bancassurance is a plus,
