Job Description
As an Ayurvedic Doctor at our clinic in Aurangabad, your main responsibility will be to provide patient consultations and plan the treatment process. You will be expected to manage the clinic team, oversee revenue generation, and ensure patient compliance with treatments. Previous experience in Panchkarma is essential for this role. Your day-to-day tasks will include arranging consultations, conducting history taking, communicating effectively with patients and colleagues, conducting diagnostic tests, and monitoring the progress of treatments. Additionally, you will be required to maintain detailed case records, follow up with patients regularly, and provide guidance on dietary practices. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or a relevant qualification. Good communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a commitment to ongoing training and professional development are also important qualities for this role.
