JOB DESCRIPTION
Rapidor in its current growth phase is looking for experienced developers to resolve
real-world and real-time ecommerce domain problems by leveraging best practices,
modern stack and AI/ML technologies.
Opportunity to work on topics ranging from object-oriented/functional and reactive
programming to build highly performant and scalable products for the Indian and

ABOUT RAPIDOR (www.rapidor.co)

We are a team of over 20+ people from multiple locations in India. Rapidor, a product
from AcelrTech Labs is changing the way small and medium size businesses do their
day-to-day operations and business workflows. We help them in making everything
automated in the supply/chain, ecommerce and real-time sales team monitoring and
management to reduce errors from more than 50-70% to near 0%. Rapidor mobile
applications which work both online/offline are used by 1000s of sales team members
across 100s of customers.

Current solution channelise and processes orders worth over USD 10 million per month.
Allows multiple businesses to interact with each other, to transact and manage
smooth supply chain operations; while ensuring individual enterprises’ data safety
and ownership. The product has strong integration capabilities using well
structured APIs.
We are now looking for the next great addition to our team in the capacity of the role
defined above.

As a team player at Rapidor you will be part of a talented and motivated agile
development team.
That is responsible for building the backend and frontend using the modern stack.
Although we are extremely proud of what we have achieved at Rapidor already, there is
still some space for improvement and lots of interesting technical challenges to
overcome going forward.
Are you a creative, task and data oriented person? Then please have a look at
below requirements in more detail:
? Extensive experience with Java/Scala/Kotlin/Go and JavaScript knowledge is
a plus.
? In-depth knowledge of any one Java framework such as Springboot, J2EE
etc
? Experience writing Unit and E2E tests and Test Driven Development
understanding
? DevOps mindset and experience with full SDLC including troubleshooting in
Dev/Staging/Live environments.

? Experience developing an e-commerce platform (B2B/B2C) is a plus.
? Most important: You should have a great positive attitude towards the team
and be willing to get the job done in the best capacity of yourself.

TECH STACK

Rapidor will be leveraging the modern technology and language stacks to build the
platform keeping the goals mentioned at the start in mind.
Although microservices/macroservices architecture gives us the ability to use any
language of choice along with its ecosystem of library and frameworks (FW) but in
reality we will be using fewer languages and FWs to maintain our services easily and
effectively because it will have lower context understanding and context switching.
Primary Language (PL): Java (with JDK >= 15) & Scala 3
Secondary Language (SL): Dart & Javascript
Primary Database (PD): Postgresql >= 14 with GIS and JSON support
Secondary Database (SD): Orientdb in clustered mode with support for Key/Value,
JSON and Graph
Backend Frameworks: Java & ZIO ecosystem
