Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will be smart, dynamic, and energetic with excellent knowledge of computers, data entry, email handling, and calling when needed. You will be responsible for maintaining, managing, and updating data, as well as coordinating orders distribution and supplies with other teams. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and maintain reports of product orders with a high level of accuracy. A strong understanding of MS Excel, including formulas, is essential for this position. Candidates should also possess a good computer typing speed and be able to verify entries for accuracy and completeness. Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information will be beneficial in this role, as well as the ability to remain alert and focused throughout the workday. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you will be required to work closely with all levels of management and staff to meet project requirements. Candidates with experience in advanced Excel will be given preference. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a Bachelor's degree as the preferred educational qualification.
