In this position, you will be expected to leverage your extensive experience to lead and strategize key initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Moreover, if you possess more than 15 years of experience, you will be eligible for the Vice President (VP) role. As a VP, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall direction of the organization by providing strategic leadership and guidance.
