Job Title: Backend Developer (Python/Flask) Location: Pune Experience: 3-5 years We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer to work on a critical component of our platform. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building and maintaining backend systems using PostgreSQL, Python, and Flask. Beyond backend development, the candidate will also play a key role in setting up the AI infrastructure for the organization, contributing to model training and deployment efforts.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Flask. Develop and optimize database models and queries using PostgreSQL. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the component. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend functionality. Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, particularly for microservices. Set up AI infrastructure, including training and deploying machine learning models. Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and apply best practices where relevant. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong experience with Python, Flask, and PostgreSQL. Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend architectures. Experience in writing C#(.Net) programs Familiarity with model training, data pipelines, and AI/ML concepts, hands-on experience is a bonus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of system design and architecture. Exposure to .NET is a plus.
