Job Description: Meon Technologies is a cutting-edge company specializing in innovative solutions within the digital identity and communication sector. Our primary services include EKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer), Aadhaar, eSign, chatbot development, and E-IPO (Electronic Initial Public Offering) support, among others. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Backend Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team at our Noida office (WFO). As a Backend Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems, with a specific emphasis on Python, Django, and Flask frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django and Flask). - Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of professional experience in backend development. - Strong proficiency in Python with deep knowledge of Django and Flask. - Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and web application architecture. - Experience with version control tools such as Git. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deployment practices is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
