In this role, you will be responsible for building high-performance backend components and integrating APIs to drive innovative applications. The Java Developer role at Ideas2IT entails creating high-performance and reusable components such as core application logic, databases, data and application integration, APIs, and other backend processes to drive innovation-led applications for clients. This role goes beyond traditional Java development as it requires individuals with a deep understanding of building complex microservices on the cloud using Java and associated technologies. Additionally, working on multiple product initiatives and customer-facing projects will expose you to a variety of technologies. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse technology challenges such as: - Developing a robust distributed platform to manage a self-healing swarm of bots on an unreliable network/compute - Building large-scale Cloud-Native applications - Implementing a Document Comprehension Engine using RNN and other advanced OCR techniques - Working on a completely data-driven low-code platform - Leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Blockchain, IoT, and Data Science for projects with leading Silicon Valley startups - Sharing your suggestions on tech stack choices throughout the project - Conducting Technical PoCs to explore new technologies To excel in this role, you should possess: - 5-10 years of strong Java development experience with Java, Spring MVC or Spring Boot (Microservices), Hibernate, and any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) - Deep understanding of core concepts like garbage collection, heap allocation, and multithreading - Ability to write high-performance, reusable, and scalable backend services - Proficiency in writing high-quality code with test-driven development - Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, and Mongo - Understanding of cloud services and cloud-native development - Knowledge of application and database performance optimization - Good communication and presentation skills - Awareness of modern design principles like Microservices Ideas2IT is a company that stands at the intersection of Technology, Business, and Product Engineering, offering high-caliber Product Development services.
