Job Description

Backend Developer (Node.js + SQL) Location: Ahmedabad, SG Highway (On-site Only)

Experience Level: 3+ Years

About the Role: We are hiring a Backend Developer experienced in Node.js and SQL databases to build and maintain scalable backend services.

You will be responsible for creating efficient server-side logic, developing APIs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness in a microservices-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop scalable backend logic using Node.js and Express.js.- Design and manage RESTful APIs and ensure secure data transactions.

- Integrate and manage SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

- Implement and maintain microservices and internal APIs.

- Optimize backend performance, caching, and query efficiency.

- Implement best practices for authentication, authorization, and data validation.

- Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps teams on deployments.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3+ years of backend development experience.

- Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript.

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Understanding of microservices architecture and REST API design principles.

- Experience with version control (Git) and deployment workflows.

- Familiarity with Docker or other containerization tools.

- Problem-solving mindset and strong debugging skills.

Nice to Have:- Knowledge of TypeScript.
