Maintain a comprehensive log of customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses Assist in modifying and updating customer inquiries and orders as needed. Keep track of customer orders, communicate delivery schedules, and address customer queries when required. Oversee the creation and placement of stickers for pricing and product information Manage customer grievances and generate reports as necessary to address concerns and improve service. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by handling voucher entries, ensuring that accounting data is up to date. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's (B. Com) or Master's (M. Com) degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proficiency in basic accounting, voucher entries, and financial record-keeping.
