Back office executive/ Admin/ Receptionist need a female candidate with education of 12th completed or persuing bachelors degree in commerce . Answering phones calls and messages . Setting and managing the daily schedules . Editing & handling office documents . Maintain inward & outward record . Identifying vendors for common office supplies & ordering necessary supplies . Searching of data using various recommended websites & other sources ( downloading and importing data ) . Excellent computer handling knowledge . Handling all the front & back office tasks . Ability to co -ordinate with all various entities at the same time .
