*Job Description Back Office Executive (CRM & Reporting)*

*Position: Back Office Executive*
Location: Katraj Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Salary: 10,000 15,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Team Leader


*Role Overview:*

The Back Office Executive will be responsible for lead allocation to telecalling teams, CRM database management, attendance monitoring, and generating analytical reports to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and CRM systems, and a high level of accuracy in data management.


*Key Responsibilities:*

Lead Management: Upload and assign leads to telecallers through CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution.

CRM Monitoring: Track telecaller call entries, follow-up status, and remark quality. Ensure CRM hygiene and resolve any related issues.

*Reporting & Analysis:*

Prepare daily login/logout attendance reports.

Generate call volume, lead conversion, and productivity analysis.

Present weekly/monthly dashboards and MIS reports to management.


Compliance: Monitor work discipline, track telecaller performance, and highlight deviations for corrective action.

Coordination: Act as a link between telecallers and management to ensure smooth operations.


*Required Skills & Competencies:*

Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards).

Experience in CRM / Lead Management Systems (Zoho, Hubspot, or similar).

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Effective communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


*Qualifications & Experience:*

Graduate in any discipline.

12 years of experience in back-office operations, MIS, or CRM reporting (preferred).

Freshers with strong Excel knowledge may also apply.
