Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Back Office Operations team in a stock broking company. The role involves managing trade-related back-end processes, client data handling, compliance, reporting, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
For Freshers:

Assist in trade confirmations, data entry.

Perform client account opening documentation checks.

Maintain records of client transactions, KYC, and compliance reports.

Coordinate with front office and compliance teams for client requirements.

Support in daily reconciliations and reporting tasks.

Review and audit back-office processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Handle exchange-related backoffice uploads (NSE/BSE/MCX).

Resolve client queries related to demat, trades, or funds.

Monitor regulatory guidelines (SEBI/Exchange circulars) and ensure compliance.
Key Skills Required:

Basic understanding of capital markets & trading process

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS word
