Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to manage administrative tasks and support the front office and operational teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of handling documentation, communication, and coordination smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back office operations such as data entry, file management, and document preparation.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
Maintain records, databases, and reports accurately.
Support front office, sales, and management teams with administrative assistance.
Follow up with clients, vendors, or team members as required.
Prepare and manage bills, invoices, and basic accounts entries (if needed).
Ensure all office systems and processes run efficiently.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email, and basic computer operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in back office or admin roles preferred.
Honest, reliable, and well-organized.
