Job Description

Data Entry and Management:

Accurately input and update data into various systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

Maintain and organize both physical and digital records, files, and documents.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across all platforms.

Administrative Support:

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.

Prepare and generate reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Provide administrative assistance to different departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Sales) with their backend tasks.

Manage and maintain filing systems.

Operational Support:

Assist in processing transactions, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflows and information exchange.

Support order processing, inventory management, and vendor coordination as needed.
