Job Description
Responsibility includes management of all office facilities including maintenance, security, House Keeping administration & office services. To arrange to procure, install & maintain various facilities, utilities & equipment. To call & negotiate with sub-contractors / outsourcing agencies with a view to manage various requirements. Coordinate between the executives and internal/external clients. Purchase Offer / Quotation preparation Sales Order Processing Prepare and provide -- Necessary Sales/ inventory data reports. Backend support, record-keeping, deadlines. Communicating with customers about order status and shipping details as required Answering questions about products or services offered by a company to potential customers Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.). Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. To coordinate and assist the sales, commercial, and logistic team Skills Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
