As a Backend Developer at our company, you will leverage your 3+ years of experience in backend development within B2B, Marketplace, Fulfillment, or Supply Chain domains. Your expertise in Node.js (Express or NestJS), MongoDB, and Mongoose ODM will be crucial in architecting and developing a robust backend system for our web product. Additionally, your experience in deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and your proven ability to set up and deploy CI/CD pipelines will be highly valued. Your responsibilities will include seamlessly integrating JSON and SOAP third-party web services, designing MongoDB schemas, and implementing complex aggregation pipelines. You will lead the backend development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and functionality. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. Throughout the interview process, you can expect an initial screening call to discuss your experience and skills, followed by a technical assignment to assess your coding skills and problem-solving abilities. An in-depth technical interview with our engineering team will evaluate your technical expertise, leading to a final round discussion with senior leadership to assess your fit within the team and company culture. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai. The candidate is expected to visit the office twice a week, ensuring a balance between remote work and in-person collaboration.
