Job Description

Manadatory Skills : Highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer/Full Stack to join our team. Proficiency in Microservices architecture, Spring Boot , Java. Database management skills, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Mongo DB, PostGreSQL). Familiarity with web server technologies (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational and communication skills. 
Total and Relevant year of experience: 5-8 Years
Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days max
Location ( WFH/WFO): Kolkata ( WFO )
Salary: 8-15 LPA
Interview process ( Virtual/ On-Site ):    Virtual (1st round); 2nd round onsite if the candidate is in Kolkata
No. of Interview Rounds: 2 Rounds of interviews

Qualifications & skillset required:

• Relevant experience of minimum 3 years
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a back-end developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in Microservices architecture, Spring Boot , Java.
• Database management skills, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Mongo DB, PostGreSQL).
• Familiarity with web server technologies (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API development and integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of security best practices and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to document work effectively.
