To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A Master's Degree in Finance or Economics - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Additionally, the following skills and experiences are desirable: - Strong Credit Research background - Knowledge of Equity markets, financial ratios, and basic modeling; MBA/CFA preferred - Excellent analytical skills - Continuous credit monitoring on risky names - Comprehensive analysis of balance sheets, EBITDA forecasts, and cash flow forecasts - Focus on illiquid situations for timely updates - Mapping corporate events and updating due diligence on covered names - Conducting fundamental credit due diligence on potential opportunities - Presenting stress analysis frameworks/reports on balance sheets and market metrics This position will be based at Nirlon Knowledge Park (NKP, Goregaon) in Mumbai. As a Credit Research/Financial Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of trading desks by providing operational support and expertise to traders, sales professionals, and other stakeholders. Your tasks will include resolving technical issues, coordinating trade execution, maintaining trade records, preparing reports and presentations, monitoring market data, and assisting with financial analysis for trading decisions.
