Job Description

NTT DATA is looking for a BA-Lending to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). As a Lending Business Analyst, you will bring a good understanding of the Lending domain, interact with business users and technical teams, document business requirements, and design solutions with the support of Solution Architects. Your responsibilities will include engaging with business users to define scope, understand processes, and identify key stakeholders. Additionally, you will participate in client requirement workshops, analyze business requirements, and actively contribute to the solution design process. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in the Lending domain, including knowledge of loan management, servicing, and delinquency handling. Experience with commercial and SME lending products, such as Commercial Loans, Syndication, and Mezz Finance, is essential. Familiarity with Temenos Core Banking System implementation is considered advantageous. You should possess design thinking skills, manage stakeholder expectations effectively, and have experience in documenting business cases and requirements elicitation. The ideal candidate will have experience working in both Agile and waterfall SDLCs, be proficient in communication and collaboration, and demonstrate a proactive and quick learning attitude. An IT background with a solid grasp of technology is required to succeed in this role.
