Job Description
The Associate, Market Integration will be responsible for working on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world that aim to transform the financial services industry. They will be embedded in delivery teams to ensure the timely usage of features and functionality by customers. This role involves collaborating with local markets and the Transformation team to ensure that business operations and customers are prepared to adopt digital and regulatory changes effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Support in managing change implementation activities within the region/market, including business readiness assessment, implementation pilot, and actual implementation. - Manage the people aspect of change to maximize adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. - Apply structured change management processes and tools to develop a strategy for supporting the adoption of project or initiative changes. - Assist in designing, developing, delivering, and managing communications related to change. - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. - Provide input, document requirements, and contribute to the design and delivery of training programs. - Develop detailed change plans to monitor progress. - Assist in establishing the project delivery function by designing and implementing internal processes and governance arrangements. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience: Knowledge & Experience: - Credit and Lending experience. - Basic understanding of Credit and Lending operations and key systems. - Role Family experience is recommended. - Exposure to responsibilities associated with the role family. - Transformation experience is recommended. - Previous experience working on change programs. Capabilities: - Ability to drive change implementation. - Define and drive strategically aligned migrations/transitions across geographies to deliver change. - Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of local market organization and nuances. - Engage with business stakeholders across all markets to build, influence, and share knowledge of current and future processes/systems. - Develop a business readiness strategy considering team and market nuances. - Lead and support transformational change efforts. - Lead/support the building of Change and Implementation skills and teams. - Lead/support the planning of all aspects of transition to the end state, including desired future capabilities and ways of working. - Assess and plan for change impacts to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.,
