Job Description
You are a results-driven and proactive B2B Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing business clients. Your role involves building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new B2B leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach. - Pitch and present products or services to business clients professionally. - Understand client requirements and offer solutions aligned with their business goals. - Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and onboarding. - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records. - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and promote offerings. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). - 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred (freshers with strong skills can apply). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Ability to understand client needs and provide consultative solutions. - Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales technologies. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
