The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing mutually beneficial partnerships to generate leads for our comprehensive range of business services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful B2B partnerships and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Identify Potential Partners: Research and identify potential partners, including businesses, organizations, and industry associations that align with Registerkaros services and target market. Develop Partnership Strategies: Create and implement strategic plans to develop partnerships that will generate leads and drive business growth. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with partners to foster collaboration and mutual benefit. Negotiation and Agreement: Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring they align with Registerkaros goals and objectives. Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies through partnerships, including co-marketing campaigns, joint webinars, and events. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B partnership management, business development, or a related role. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating leads and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to identify opportunities and develop effective partnership strategies. Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship-building and management skills. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the accounting, legal, and business services industry is a plus. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
