Job Title: Business Development Executive B2B (School Outreach) Location: Pune & Nearby Regions Work Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays) Work Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Experience Required: 25 years Salary Range: 40,000 60,000 per month (based on last drawn and interview) Additional: Travel Allowance up to 5,000/month + Performance Incentives Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive B2B who will engage with school decision-makers such as Principals and Academic Coordinators to promote and integrate career counseling solutions. The role demands frequent field visits, relationship-building, and target-driven execution in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Regular visits to CBSE and ICSE schools in Pune and surrounding areas. Leverage existing connections with school decision-makers to build long-term partnerships. Present and promote career counseling solutions to educational institutions. Ensure effective onboarding and implementation of the product in schools. Drive student enrollments and achieve defined revenue targets. Maintain detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, and closures.
